Foundation For Efficient Daily Nutrition
by Tony Burrows

The key to better daily nutrition is as old as human existence. Remember to eat everything in moderation, balance your consumption of fruit and vegetables, and eat a protein every time you eat anything else. The main goal is to keep you're glucose at a moderate level so that your pancreas does not produce excess amounts of insulin. Glucose levels rise when processed foods, such as flour products and sugar products, are eaten and broken down in your body too quickly. To balance out the high glucose level, the pancreas secretes insulin, which in turn cause your adipose cells to more readily store and retain body fat. Proteins, having a longer molecular structure, will slow down the speed at which fruits, vegetables, and various other complex and simple carbohydrates are broken down. Good sources of protein are; whey and soy powder, egg whites, fish, beans, white meat and low fat dairy foods.

By maintaining a stable glucose level, your thought processes will be sharper, the oxygen transfer in your cells will increase and there will be fewer hunger episodes due to a better level of blood sugar in your brain. But most visible evidence of eating properly in this manner will be the loss of excess body fat under your skin, around your organs and around your muscles.
