I am a big believer in thinking outside the box , supporting CrossFit fundamentals and principles. CrossFit is the strength and conditioning program that many military, police and professional athletes use. CrossFit uses Olympic weightlifting, kettle bells, gymnastic rings, pull-up bars, and many calisthenics exercises. CrossFit athletes run, row, climb ropes, jump up on boxes, flip giant tires, and carry odd objects. They can also bounce medicine balls against the floor or a target on the wall. I will teach you all of these new techniques and skills to help you achieve your fitness goals. From beginner to athlete, for weight loss or strength and flexibility, I will be there for you and your fitness goals. I will train you to your fullest potential, no cookie cutter routines; you will never feel like a hamster running in the wheel. Training is hard work and you will work hard when you train with me. If you put 100% into your training, diet, and lifestyle you will reach your goals. Total fitness is my goal for each of my clients. My varied background in swim instruction, martial arts, and traditional body building provided the perfect foundation for CrossFit. Training children to seniors, I can scale workouts to every level of fitness. I have worked with post rehabilitation patients with a wide range of issues including shoulder, elbow, hip and knee.

Personal I am engaged to a budding patisserie Chef Melina Depedro who is also an active CrossFit athlete. We are active in Akita rescue. We train and rehabilitate all dogs, but Akitas are our specialty. Nakita and Kenji are our dogs, both recued Akitas.
