The Florida Fitness Family has suffered a great loss in the passing of our dear friend Grady Kite.

Grady joined FFC as a trainer in1997. He was immediately successful and won the hearts of both trainers and clients alike. Grady was a very generous person and often did acts of kindness simply out of the goodness of his heart, expecting nothing in return. There are many pieces of equipment at FFC that Grady purchased with his own money only because he wanted FFC to be the best personal training studio in Orlando.. Grady was one of the faces of FFC and would greet each client with a smile regardless of whether it was his client or one of another trainer. He adored his son and was so proud of all of his accomplishments. His phone was filled with pictures of Little G. FFC won't be the same without Grady and he will be truly missed. We all extend our deepest sympathies to Grady's family and his son.

Helping people achieve their maximum fitness potential is my goal. I have a passion for fitness and teaching others how to be more fit. It is a blessing to have a wonderful job like this and be able to share my knowledge and experience with a special group of clients. I have been involved in fitness activities for the majority of my life. My background of knowledge has been derived not only from formal education, but also from constant feedback from my clients and associates. The bottom line is - I feel blessed to be able to work with people in this capacity.
