You’re only as old as you feel, so why not feel and look your best? We seem to be moving into an era where nobody seems to know how to eat, what to eat, or when to eat. I see the same people in gyms working hard but getting nowhere. In fact, they often look worse! My approach to fitness is fun, reasonable, informative, and applicable to all levels. Plus, all of our workouts are performed in a fully equipped, family-friendly, private studio, easily accessible to the downtown, Winter Park, Baldwin Park and surrounding areas.
I moved to Orlando over 7 years ago, when I started to pursue personal training as my full-time career. Working at different gyms with many experienced trainers, athletes and nutritional advisers, I have developed a unique versatility to my training. I specialize in core training, exercise program development, lifestyle consultation, meal planning, weight management, strength training, group training and boot-camps. I am currently certified through John Parrillo as a Parrillo performance trainer.
I'm currently seeking clients who are ready to make a commitment to me and, most importantly, themselves to make a lifestyle change. You can expect to be challenged, yes. But you can also expect 100 percent of my focus on getting you to your goals. All I expect from you is commitment, honesty, and 100 percent of your effort. Beginning with a free assessment, we can discuss goals, diets habits, injuries and schedules to see if we would be the right fit.

$30 per 1/2 hour one-on-one training session
$60 per 1 hour one-on-one training session
Special: Group Training $15 per person, 45 min session
