1-on-1 training is our most effective program. This program provides each client with individual attention allowing the trainer to thoroughly monitor the progress of the exercise sessions. This allows the trainer to be totally focused on only that client during the session. It allows for time to teach proper nutrition, exercise form, and motivation. 2-on-1 training is excellent for people with limited financial resources. It can also be beneficial for those people who like the camaraderie of working with a partner. There may be opportunities for us to find you a partner if you do not already have one. Call studio for individual trainer's rates.

Flexibility Sessions consist of a wide variety of trainer assisted stretches to facilitate better flexibility. We leave no stone unturned during these sessions. Every muscle in your body is stretched unless pre-existing injury prevents it. These stretches are performed gently to avoid pain. We also perform our stretches to not only stretch the muscles, but also to stretch the myofascial tissue as well. Most people love these sessions.
