Dear FFC Family,

We have reopened our doors and are currently operating at a minimum training capacity in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines. Additionally, after the use of each piece of equipment we are taking extra precautions, by doing a throughout cleaning and santitation.

Please rest assured that your trainer has the knowledge and resources to guide your health and fitness during these extraordinary times.  They are all working hard to develop ways to safely train you withon our four walls. 

 

We have great responsibilities to take care of each other and our community during this outbreak.  But each of us still has to take great care of our body, now more than ever. It might take a little more work, but it will be worth it!
