Hello! I’m AJ and I’m a personal trainer here at FFC. I also have my own business under the name ATJFitness!

 

I have 6 different fitness certifications and an Associate’s Degree in Exercise Science. I specialize in helping people lose weight, eat healthy, and more importantly keep it off and feel confident!

I got started many years ago when I started to gain weight due to a career change. I didn’t like the constant feeling of being self-conscience of what I look like in my clothes. And it was eating away at me.

​

I found my love for fitness at the gym and just jumped right in! I remember how I felt when I reached my goal weight and now want others to feel that way too!

My training approach is effective because I teach individuals how to make and keep changes, help them overcome obstacles, workout efficiently, eat better, learn proper form and techniques, teach ways to stay fit outside the gym, create tailored workouts, offer meal plans and guide them along the way!

 

I’m generally available Mon-Fri 6am-6pm but other times may be available with notice. The best way to contact me is via text but email and call is fine too. Reach out to me or request me for a complementary session to view the gym, myself, and my style!

I take great joy in helping people reach their body goals, feel good about themselves from living a healthier lifestyle, and find ways to make eating better and exercising work in your busy life. My favorite types of people to work with are those who are 100% ready and committed no matter what their goals are! The best part about my job is seeing and hearing the results my clients get while under my wing!

Deep down inside I want the world to be a fitter, happier place. I want people to look and feel happy with what they see in the mirror. There are some people that love what they see no matter their size and that’s a wonderful feeling, but then there are people out there who don’t and I want to help them get there!
