As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Health Educator and Personal Fitness Trainer, I take a whole-person approach when training clients. We are only together a couple of hours a week, so how you care for your body, mind, and spirit through your daily choices and habits plays heavily into your personal fitness training results.
I will learn your needs and goals by putting my knowledge and experience to work. Together, we will create a results-driven fitness program and healthy lifestyle plan of action - all served up with a big positive dose of positive support and accountability!
Your fitness program is designed around your personal goals, lifestyle habits and any relevant health/medical issues. The focus of our sessions is that you enjoy them and are inspired to come back every week.
Proper technique, education and progress are the heart of every workout. Dependent on your goals, your workout will include a combination of the following elements: core training, functional training, cardio training, strength/endurance resistance training, mobility/flexibility, nutrition and addressing daily choices and habits that impact your fitness, health and well-being.
