WAYNE KING

After many years in the corporate world, I have returned to my roots. I am the youngest of three boys from an athletic family.

 

I began playing team sports at the age of 6, continued through college, and today still enjoy playing golf, softball, basketball, and football. Obviously, sports have always been an important and fun part of my life.

 

Through all these experiences, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many different strength and athletic trainers, as well as nutritionists and flexibility coaches.
