I want you to have a real understanding of the principles behind combining nutrition, training, and mindset — because your body is a representation of how you love and respect yourself. First, and most importantly, is your mindset. Have a positive attitude toward everything. You are creating new habits — new ways of thinking about yourself, new ways of relating to food and your body. It takes time, so be patient with yourself. Think of it like a child learning to walk. You would never give up on that child — you'd encourage them to get up and go again. That's exactly how you need to be with yourself. Always be positive. Second is your nutrition plan. I'll give you an outline of the essential principles that will set you up for success. Third is your strength training. I'll incorporate exercises designed to maximize your body's full potential. It's progressive, it's challenging, and it's fun. Create the best version of you. To your success!
