Chris has been training clients since 1996. His areas of expertise include bodybuilding and fitness contest preparation, speed and agility training, and nutrition programming and weight loss.
I’m grateful my work is my passion. With a 30+ year career in health & fitness, I consider myself a Wellness Warrior and there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing those I’ve helped become Wellness Warriors too.
