Are you visualizing yourself looking better? Wondering if it can really happen as simply as they make it look on TV? In my experience, if you have the will, the mindset, and the goals in sight, then you have 3 of the 4 things necessary to achieve that picture of yourself in your mind. My Dad has always been an inspiration to me and encouraged my interest in fitness. I spent a lot of time at Florida Fitness during the summers — working out, boxing, maintaining the studio, and learning the business from my Dad. As he started giving me a few clients of my own and letting me train his clients when he was away, I realized I really liked personal training and wanted to follow in his footsteps. As I shadowed my Dad, watched the other trainers at work, and developed workouts for my own clients, I quickly realized how important motivation is to successfully achieving your goals. In my opinion, motivation is that last essential piece of the puzzle needed to produce results. I'll be the first to admit that I achieve more when I have someone motivating me — so that's a big part of my job as your trainer. I understand the importance of individuality. We are all different, and we all have different desires for how we want our bodies to look and feel. Each of us is motivated by different things. In developing your workout, I promise to take into consideration your needs, lifestyle, and fitness goals — and I can make it a fun hour for both of us.
