After many years in the corporate world, I have returned to my roots. I am the youngest of three boys from an athletic family, and sports have always been an important and fun part of my life. I began playing team sports at the age of 6, continued through college, and today still enjoy playing golf, softball, basketball, and football. Through all these experiences, I've had the opportunity to work with many different strength and athletic trainers, as well as nutritionists and flexibility coaches — and that breadth of experience shapes the way I train my clients today.

As your trainer, I would like to share with you the knowledge and experience I have gained over my many years of being involved in athletics.


No two people are alike. Your fitness goals are as individual as you are. Tell me what you want to accomplish and together we can develop a plan to achieve those goals. We'll take into account your unique physical and nutritional requirements as well as your lifestyle.


Whether you’re looking to put on weight, take off a few pounds, tone up, or just “feel better,” I would enjoy having the opportunity to work with you.
